Our IT strategy creates a comprehensive Service Delivery Plan for your business, and we begin by benchmarking the current state of your businesses IT performance with our Digital IQ® survey, before assigning a score to each business function such as the accounting team, operations, front of house and back of house service teams. An overall score out of one hundred is the benchmark for your business from which we need to measure and improve each quarter during an Executive Quarterly Review.
